An interesting idea...

Okay, so this is an idea I've had for a while now... what if there was an anime adaptation of "The Legend Of Zelda"? And no, not a crappy kids' version - look up the REALLY BAD series from 20 years ago - I mean an original, episodic, storyline-based, and even dark anime adaptation of the series.

There can be the original characters - Zelda, Link, Ganon/Ganondorf, etc., and maybe some original characters thrown in, as well, but most of all, there should be a compelling story.

Again, just a thought - what do you all think of it?

I like it...kind of shocked it's never been done.

It sounds like a good Idea maybe even a different story line and change the story line so it's less of a kid series like the games and not have the same old ending. Maybe the story starts off that link has a evil link twin or a older brother. Or a betrail of a friend.

I think if a really good serious semi-dark anime of Zelda existed I would cease all other activity in my life so that I could watch it forever.
