Anime's you thought you would never like, but you end up liking.

This is your chance to post those animes that might get over looked. I thought I would never like Lucky Star and Durarara. Man was I wrong Lucky Star is really funny and Durarara was confussing at first it wasn't till I saw the episodes for a second time at otakon that I understood the show and it's one of my favorite animes.

I actually almost skipped over One Piece. I didn't like the look of the art style originally, but finally I sucked it up and started watching it. It is now my most favorite anime EVER!!!

@Lathya, I started watching one piece when it first aired on aduilt swim I thought it was alright up to the point they add the reindeer Chopper, then I thought the show got stupit so I stopped watching it. Just recently I started getting back in to it. I'm will to over look chopper and maybe I will like the show.

Cowboy Bebop.

Honestly caught bits and pieces of an episode when it was airing on Adult Swim's first run, and though "meh".

I did catch an episode later on during it's second run, and it sucked me in after that.

@VideoGeek what you said about Cowboy Bebop is true I use to to see it on Adult Swim but I would watch it and when I did watch it I didn't get it. It was just recently I bought the whole box set and I liked it.

Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood was also falls on this list I personally stopped watching this show after I watched the first couple episodes and saw it was all from the old show. My Friend convinced me to hold on just watch from episode 14 since 1-13 is all backtracking. He was correct I'm glad he told me that because I liked FMA and it would have been a let down to see that release a remake of the show that wasn't as good as the first one and I was the so call full version of the show.

I'll eventually get around to to Brotherhood.

Friend showed me an episode and it was pretty good. However, the original series had elements to it that turned me off, plus it doesn't help that I'm not at all a fan of Vic Mignogna (sorry fans).
